VILLA

Built in 2002 to a traditional style, it is of stone, brick and wood construction. 
The open plan kitchen / living / dining rooms are connected by a short corridor with three bedrooms. 
Floors are tiled except the two larger bedrooms which have wooden floor boards.

There are two balconies: one outside the kitchen, the other outside the living room and the master bedroom, giving views to the mountains and with stairs leading to the swimming pool.

These stairs are gated for security to prevent young children from reaching the pool unmanned. 
"Garden" area reflects the wild nature of Crete, while the swimming pool surrounds have two flower beds.
