THE VILLA

Built in 2002 to a traditional style, it is of stone, brick and wood construction.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining room are connected by a short corridor with the three bedrooms.
The floors are tiled except the two larger bedrooms which have wooden floorboards.

There are two balconies: one outside the kitchen and the other leading from the living room (and master bedroom) giving the views to the mountains and which lead to the stairs to the swimming pool (suitable for young children).

These stairs are gated for safety to prevent young children from reaching the pool unattended.
The “garden” area reflects the wild nature of Crete while the swimming pool surround has two flower beds.
